This OTA will have a staged rollout. The OTA will be received by a limited number of users today and will have a broader rollout in a few days after making sure there are no critical bugs. Using VPN to download this build might not work as the rollout Is not based on regions and is randomly pushed out to a limited number of devices.

With your help, we have been able to better optimize and improve several key areas. Thank you for your patience and as always, we look forward to getting your continued feedback via the Community app.

Its high time for oneplus to revisit the update schedule. Its not like you are having multiple mobiles to cover. Just 3 flagship series and one mid range. You can easily provide monthly security patch and proper feature updates once in two months. Competitions started providing monthly updates on time. What's the point in giving July security patch in month of August. To make things worst, some users might receive this update only by mid of August. No denying that. Also try to provide a hot fix if the issue affects more number of users. You very well know about double tap issue in 10.3.3 and a user has to wait for more than two months to get it fixed. Remember it will completely change his/her user experience. Don't take me wrong and Think about this. When your flagship was priced at $400, u were giving updates every two months and now it costs 2x times and still if you stick to that once in two months strategy, then it doesn't make any sense

    Local upgrade OnePlus 7 Pro

1.) Download zip file 10.3.4.GM21AA (Global+India) 2.1 GB from Official server
and copy it to the root of the internal memory
(i.e., not in a folder such as Downloads, for example).
2.) Go to Settings> System> System Updates> Click the gear at the top right>
Local Upgrade> Click on the appropriate installation package> Update
3.) After the update is completed, click Restart
    4.) The update was successful.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note If you do not see the firmware file,
then check the file extension should be .zip
(if you have .zip.jar just rename it by deleting .jar)

I just got OnePlus 7 OTA 10.3.4 updated today, but Myanmar fonts is still Garbled.. can't show correct words.
I tried Beta 15-16 before, it fixed the fonts.
But why the stable 10.3.4 didn't fix it? please don't ignore it about Myanmar fonts..
