Nope, but you may risk your stable experience.
Oneplus Nord users faced a bug which Factory Reset the devices. People lost all data.

Hey guys, not only does 802.11w break 802.11r on Q it also appears to break VoWIFI so if your having issues with VoWIFI try to disable Frame Management Protection in router settings.

Can someone confirm VoWIFI works with WPA 3?

I see no reason why WPA3 would make a differance with VoWiFi. In my case when preferring VoWiFi over mobile network it works perfectly fine. As far as I know VoWiFi demands is Internet access and carrier compability. I have never heard about a more detailed spec list of WiFi.
I can't verifiy software issues on 7 series though.

Oh, I said earlier I should've been more specific. Mine isn't the T-Mobile branded version (GM1915), it's the one directly from OnePlus (GM1917) but I'm on the T-Mobile network. I just wanted to make sure that if I had updated it would still work on the network

The warning in the app only applies to the T-mobile branded phones. Unlocked version can update just like normal Oneplus phones.

I guess I'll wait another day or two to see if the OTA or website update comes out. This is my back up phone but I still like it keep it up to date. Thanks for your help and thanks everyone for your input as well.

Speaking of spicy.... Carolina reaper beans 😜 We have had so much fun fooling people with them at work 😉 Even hid some amongst normal beans so some would grab a handful at once.

Your phone model uses the same Global firmware as the rest. Once on Pie it got a region specific version once only for the NA model of the phone. But that is the only time I've seen it so far.

But if it makes you feel safer and the rollout is slow for you... Take a look at the US version of Oneplus homepage. The update will sooner or later end up there too under Support, Software upgrades.
