May be their server can't handle the update for both 6 series and 7 series together, so they paused 7 series rollout.
What they gained? Got into the headlines of most tech medias, that too twice, that both their 1 year old and 2 year old device got updates recently! And of course they aren't aiming their old devices, but the sales of 8T and Nord variant which are about to launch in a few days.
    Buisness tactics:cool:

Does anyone experience the following issue with customization while switching from light theme to dark? Let's say I use green accent color in light theme and red color in dark theme. While switching from light to dark the accent color remains green in notification panel, yet it changes to red in the settings. This has not happened in the past.

I dont know why they provide 2 year guaranteed updates on their guidelines

In my 1st year i only got 1 useful update and that was Android 10 and then to search apps feature in launcher after that all were useless updates that i have never used in my life

OnePlus is just fooling people just by Marketing tactics as u said ....just forcing people to buy new device

This happen every time people gets update late and till the time criticize the oneplus for update.. once they get it then disappear from thread.. oneplus rolling out update always headlines for tech website.. they never show update bugs.. it's look like paid advertisement.. on such site.. not news..

If any 1+ people follow these threads, could it be possible to include estimated release times for different regions in first post? This would help to keep threads cleaner and you could actually find information on updates, not just people saying they haven't received update yet.

OnePlus is losing its credibility, customer loyalty and moving away from it vision by facing stiff competition from other mobile manufacturers.
