If the optimization was done only on the 7 Pro it was because it was done due to a part that does not exist on 7.

Only the thing is pro support 90fps.....so the all optimisations are only due to 90 fps!!!
They should provide some of it to 7 also!

2 different devices can't just get X amount of improvements each just for sake of fairness. Are they not allowed to fix stuff on Pro model if they don't do the equal amount of tweaks on 7? If the issue lies in the screen and they fix it they must add something exclusive just for 7 too?

Well it is clear according to the second picture that you plugged in one time ..battery percent increased from 5% to nearly 80 %...so don't brag about that 18 hours of SOP...
The SOP resets itself..going to zero.. only if you charge above 90%..if you don't ..the SOP keeps going on ..that is how you got to 18 hrs..
So...you probably got 8 hours tops without recharging

In the begining they were separated. But since the software matured and 10 came they were unified and much less differance between the devices became standard, thus 2 different threads became less needed.

    An example update below.
But that did not stop 7 users to look at 7 Pro and the other way around. People visited the different update post just to whine and compare bugfixes. Even complaining over stuff like different update numbers.
If 7 Pro got camera fixes 7 users demanded the exact same thing even if it involved different lenses... And just like now screen related fixes was demanded despite different screens...
In the end when they compared updates and removed the parts that made the phones different it was practically the same anyway with some delays some times.
