    can you read?
Q: The messages app crashes on the OnePlus 7/7T series with OxygenOS 10 version.
A: Thank you for your feedback. The issue will be resolved in an OTA update, which is being rolled out currently. In case you've already received an update, please check whether the issue is resolved. If not, please wait for the stable build. The updated app will also be available on the Play Store soon, please stay tuned!

I've been preaching this for over a year now but yet people still argue back and/or completely ignore you and call you a "fanboy".

I dont think so. For me 10.0.8 and 10.0.7 are better but 10.0.8 is best and most stable after android 9.

R u reading the previous posts. Oxygen updater is not an official or recommend app. If I remember correctly during oneplus 6T time, oneplus made some things so that oxygen updater cannot pull files. Check out the internet. Even this was posted in your beloved oxygen updater app. What happened after is unclear. said:
Finally they acknowledged an issue in a different thread (after 21 days!!!). They are rolling out a different update. But fun fact they didn't mention anything thing in this thread or 7T series thread. Very unprofessional.

Daily reminder : oxygen updater is not recommend app by oneplus. Stop recommending. 🚫🛑

I always use oxygen updater on my 7, so I have them as soon as the updates are out. I leave it to OTA on the wife's 6. (She doesn't care about updates frankly.)

How much space is wasted on this forum complaining about update delays and how evil OnePlus has become? For absolutely no reason. Everyone can get their update within 48 hours of it hitting. There is nothing stopping you.

The 'noise' has ruined the forum, sorry to say.
