1. Downgrade.

2. Update to 10.0.3 manually. (global rom link)

3. Update to whatever version you want.
4. Call the service center and ask what they get payed per hour and ask them if you should get the money instead 😉
(forgot... Since yoy are on 10.0.7 you should be able to simply just download 10.3.x over 10.0.7)

I think I will try downloading 10.3.4 from support page and install it, before going for the downgrade path.

Should not be an issue. People have flashed wrong region by misstake a few time.
And when it comes to Chrome... I have removed it myself. (Adb uninstall).
I use Firefox Beta (and Edge as the spare browser). I keep on hearing about repeating issues with Chrome all the time of some reason.

Unfortunately 10.3.5 got discontinued and you will get 10.3.6 instead, the 10.3.6 so called article which you have seen n read.. haven't been recieved by anyone as far as I know

Okay, but guys we are still on July security patch.
As per as the support from One Plus is concern , it is pathetic & frustrating too.
Perhaps One Plus has change their road map & basics with the farewell of Carl Pei.
Now One Plus is no different. Their shall be no customer loyalty or commitment s towards the customer.
