it wasn't clear at all, I agree with you on that. I was waiting for it too but hey OnePlus is known for their mess-ups so it's nothing new.

that is an option actually. You can toggle it on and off in the menu>buttons and gestures>navigation bar and gestures, here you have that option to on or off the navigation bar

Battery use was 7 percent in the past nine hours, of which about four hours were moderate activity (mainly SMS, Trillian, and email) and about five were idle (I don't sleep much, nor does the phone).

This seems to reinforce my hunch that there is a small, but noticeable improvement in battery life in typical use. Hourly use post-update has averaged less than one percent per hour, whereas previously it averaged almost exactly one percent per hour. Idle battery use seems either the same as before or possibly slightly better.

Either today or tomorrow I need to make a trip. I know the way, but I'll fully charge first and let Magic Earth navigate to gauge both the battery use at higher draw and the navigation performance. Navigation and mapping are the most battery-intensive things I do with the phone. Previously I was able to easily get six solid hours of navigation from a fully-charged battery, with about 20 to 25 percent remaining.

I briefly tested the GNSS and the raw signal seems fine from all three constellations; but I need a longer trip to more thoroughly test it in real-life use.So we'll get that done during the same trip.

That's strange. Are You sure? Can You share a screenshot of the settings? I guess You're mixing it with something else like Sleep Standby Optimization.

Edit: I see it's already clarified a few posts back. You did misunderstood and mix it with Sleep Standby Optimization or Adaptive Battery.

yeah, is it a bug or have the done it on purpose... making the navigation bar disappear when I'm on my home screen?

Switch to flight mode and revert back to normal mode. If still the problem persists then wait for sometime. It's not device issue it's because of airtel maintenance work.

Been checking for the update for last few days but haven't received it yet, on my 7T, guess I gotta wait more than I've thought.
But how did the others already got the update, and not me?

It happens with me too. You just need to wait for a while. Also check and reset your Access point settings. Maybe it could help.

that's the problem you take to PUBG. Problems with OnePlus should only be about the device not apps unless it's with OnePlus apps
