There is a big bug in this update.
I use the default applocker feature of oneplus which does 2 job for me ,in open screen it ask for fingerprint when i open the app. and in lock screen if i get a notification the notification will not be shown untill i unlock the app . But after this update, transiently the notification are visible on lock screen for the locked app. This is a big privacy risk for me, please help with this bug.

I don't understand how people keep reporting bugs, I haven't encountered anything, but I factory reset my phone after like every update because I switch between ROMs. If you have any bugs, a reset will probably help. I if you want better battery life, try out a new kernel, it has improved my battery life so much. If you want a recommendation on a kernel. Try out arter97 kernel

After updating to the recent version my OnePlus is lagging a lot and I am fed up with this lag now. Fingerprint is slow and after unlocking the phone it takes 5-6sec to load up the drop down menu. While receiving call it hangs up and lags a lot.

Review on 10.3.1 : I updated 5 days ago. The update has some minor issues. The first one is slightly decrease in battery backup. Phone is processing some apps and msgs slowly. and some issues with network.

    Work-Life balance is really good..!

Luckily for me, I haven't experienced any of the bad issues other users are facing (for whatever reason).

I just find it odd that the nearly two-year old OP6 (and 1.5yr old 6T) now has a more updated Android security patch (and is by virtue more secure) than the barely six-month old 7T.

Oh well, at least the two-month schedule has strictly been followed on...

I haven't had any problems and I didn't reset the phone this time. I always do for major updates, but for minor updates I try it first and then decide. This one didn't need it. The only things that changed, changed for the better.

I have to wonder how much of that has to do with the fact that I keep the phone very lean. Anything I don't use gets disabled, I only install apps that I need, I don't play games, and I try to avoid free apps unless they're either open-source or from a reputable organization like my insurance company, credit union, or brokerage house. Or maybe it's because I did the initial update to Q as soon as I activated the phone, before I installed anything else.

Whatever the reasons, I find all the problems people are reporting puzzling. I don't doubt that they're having them, mind you. I just find it hard to understand why. If I had to guess at gunpoint, I'd say probably shitty apps in most cases.

It is necessary to add native video calling insted of Google Duo calling in India due to not clear as well as audio is not good & require internet, but for native video calling by jio is good also not require internet,pl add native video calling in OnePlus 7 T Pro in the next update in India,as of this costly phone it must.
