OxygenOS 10.0.9 [EU] and 10.3.6 [India & Global] for the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7

    Most carriers here even has lists of phones supporting VoLTE/VoWiFi and a list of phone only having VoLTE.
    A other carrier said internally that they did not care about supporting Oneplus... Then when 8 series came suddenly they had VoLTE and VoWiFi on all all the way back to 7 series.
    And in some cases we even have phones that has VoWiFi enabled via the carrier but it breaks some basic stuff like forwarding calls (happened at work) so the carrier had to disable it for that number.
    Some carriers seems to have some type of white list method of some kind... I've heard of plenty of users that called their carrier and got their phone provisioned for VoLTE.
    So I think the reasons may vary.

    I asked if they have any restriction for the brand or phone directly, the guy said no, they have no. Our discussions are recorded (enforced by local regulations), so I don't think they keep suchthings in secret intentionally.

    I was also thinking about it, but I hate that pain. Sooner or later I must do that to see if that gives positive result, I know.

    It's not a bug ..it's a feature newly introduced...if you are annoyed with that just turn off that feature in phone app(dialer settings)... just check the images below you can get the idea

    Apparently resetting the network settings (wifi, bluetooth, network) and restarting the phone solves the casting issue. It seems to be due to the recent upgrade.
