Update is not available on my device as off now, why ? still running on previous version.
Even after having 8gb ram it is sometimes still lagging alot like old samsung smartphones, reason of switching to OnePlus was to experience flawless/smooth operations but it is not the case. Can anyone help ?

Are you serious OnePlus? After two software updates this problem (https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/lock-screen-leaking-app-data.1177489/) is not resolved!!! I reported it the bug section. I sensed logs and all that stuff but I didn't get any response. Do OnePlus really check the bugs reports we send???

Even i have been logging a couple of bugs since the day I have bought this phone in October 2019. Infact I have got responses from the team too. But none of them have been resolved. This is the first time OnePlus has let me down. The camera software has always been a compromise. Seems they are busy launching new models than working on the existing bugs and refinements.
