i think OnePlus is not interested to rollout Android 10 update for everyone ever after one week of its arrival for few , so it's like only those who got this update are loyal OnePlus community, why can't you push the update for everyone at once i feel this is a discrimination.. don't say that you guys want to test for bugs by updating only to few..if it's so what your engineers were doing ? when Apple can update all the devices at once why can't you people do the same? if you guys really listen what community says you should have released the update for all at once like Apple

one thing new that OP contributed to mobile community......can someone point out.....i strongly feel OP should make copiers, more over they have teams specialised in plagiarism....

Rolling back from Android 10 to Android 9 (PIE) involves a wipe of your phone data and cache. Do you want to do that?

    because they don't want to.
they want people to think they are small company who can't handle the mass roll out at once to all users.
    i say bs.
    for
    1. they are one of the phone companies that run closed beta tests
    2. then they run open beta
    3. then they do stupid staged roll out to check if users are facing issues before going for wide-roll out. but why?
what were their so called closed and open beta testers were doing and what were their super developers doing?
and why roll out update if there wasn't enough tests done?
just a pathetic reason to piss off old device users to force them to upgrade to newer device for faster updates.
7T series got new update i am pretty sure they will have wider roll-out than poor old 6-series phones. pff

I've been using Oxygen OS 10 on my OP6 from the 4th of November and while on the whole I think the update is good, battery life seems to have taken a massive hit. I've been leaving my phone at 72% before I sleep and waking up with 17%. Not quite pleasant since when I was using Oxygen OS 9, I'd sleep with a 100% and wake up with 90-92% (This is whilst sleeping with my phone on Airplane mode and all background apps cleared). I hope OnePlus fixes this issue at the earliest, because on the whole I think the battery life may have become alot worse than it's ever been on the OP6 in my experience. Thanks!

yeah I thought that too, but I think it is because it is based in Android 10 and only pixels could update all at once (correct me if I am wrong).
I don't like it either, just to wait a lot for an update, but I prefer to wait for an update, than testing an unstable version. I really believed that when they meant they deliver fast updates, I thought like all at once, but it is not, they are fast, but we will need to wait for updates to older phones.

I wouldn't suggest updating the OP6 right now. The battery life has become worse compared to Oxygen OS 9. I have been using it since the 4th of November and I've had terrible battery life.

This shows everything that Android 10 is still under development for 6&6t and if they have released ota they would have updated their software page.
Take your time ONEPLUS we will be waiting
