As far as I know, incremental update is mainly for smaller updates, and full update is for switching between android versions. I installed android 10 2 hours ago using oxygen updater, full version, and I can confirm it's working very well.
A piece of advice: please wipe cache via recovery before you install the update. To be even more sure, you can wipe cache once your android 10 booted up. Then just wait couple of minutes so that the phone finishes the setup process and you're good to go. Good luck man.

Till now i hadn't received any OTA update of Android 10 for my 6T. I hope the oneplus team is busy with rolling out OTA update for 7T. plz do consider that we are also a loyal customers of Oneplus.

hope you installed through proper OTA rollout update. Not through a VPN. I hope that's why that problem might have come

Please elaborate. What bugs? How long have you had Android 10 installed?

Google Pay and Files duplication is part of the Android 10 update, no matter how you install it. if you have the alternative version of Google Pay installed, then you get the international version, I think the same goes for Files.

Oxygen Updater and OTA are the same download. Your phone will react the same way. From what I've been seeing, OnePlus 6 devices seem mostly OK whereas 6T devices have more bugs.

It's not a big with the update, it's part of Android 10 from Google to make typing more comfortable. It's quite nice, give it a go.
A quick internet search will show some ADB commands to run to remove the gap
