Huawei P30 Pro starts receiving EMUI 10 update based on Android 10

    11 November 2019

Less than a week after it released its latest roadmap, Huawei is now pushing the latest stable EMUI 10 update based on Android 10 to its Huawei P30 and P30 Pro smartphones. To be honest, though, the company did say it should land the OTA update sometime around mid-November.
Huawei announced on Weibo that the update should arrive to Huawei P30 and P30 Pro Chinese owners any moment now, which suggests that the global variant will get it shortly after. The new EMUI 10 brings a design overhaul and Android 10-inherent features as well.

As per Huawei's release roadmap, Mate 20 and 20 Pro owners should expect the update before month's end.

I can give you information for point 1.
    - The keyboard change was made by Google in Android 10, no OnePlus. It is designed to make typing more comfortable, and if you give it time, kind of works well (Taken cues from iPhoneX)

Download an app called "Activity Launcher" from the Play Store, in it search for "notch" and use the only result to get to the OnePlus notch settings

Android 10 OTA is still technically still being rolled out, but there's been no word of the broader rollout. It's most likely been paused while they prepare update 10.0.1 which will fix many of the problems people are facing in this forum. It's best to wait for that to be released. It will still upgrade you from Android 9 to 10.

If you want the current update then download an app called "Oxygen Updater" from the play store and do a full update. Remember to clear phone cache in recovery to get the best experience

Try clearing the device's cache from the Recovery menu
