Going back from beta to stable will most likely wipe. Make sure to have a back-up.

I'm not a developer, but as an user with common sense, I imagine that fixing problems is not an easy task. Be patience.

For those who already update to Android 10 using oxygen updater, with dual Sim card on, wifi and mobile data combine, is it normal to have 5 hours SOT?

It's already available on Oxygen Updater if you'd like to update.

It is not worth installing Android 10, you can download and install it, but it is a disaster, we have to be demanding and ask for a version that lives up to the products that OP says it sells.

Great, I just updated from the OxygenOS 10 Beta 1 to the official OxygenOS 10. That wasn't possible with Android 9, so nice work. (Downloaded the full OTA via OnePlus Updater and installed it manually)

The update has not come out, it stopped because of the many problems it has, now they say they are working to correct them. Honestly, I believe that everything has been a hoax to gain time and focus on solving the problems with the new models.

Android 10 OTA has been paused while they prepare update 10.0.1/10.1 which will fix many of the problems people are facing in this forum. It's best to wait for that to be released, we're expecting it this month. It will still upgrade you from Android 9 to 10.

If you want the current update then download an app called "Oxygen Updater" from the play store and do a full update. Remember to clear phone cache in recovery to get the best experience

When a company, to differentiate itself from the rest, uses its software as a claim, despite the fact that there are other companies that offer better hardware for less prices and that is why the client fails, it is to shoot yourself in the foot . I hope you take this commune criticism for improvement and not as an attack or complaint. THE THINGS ARE NOT BEING WELL.
