    That's correct.
The quality of the logs and other information in the bug report is vital.

I did almost the same upgrade (OOS9, twrp, magisk), but on the OP6.

Installing a new OS will remove twrp and root, so you will need to download new versions and apply them (old version isn't compatible with A10). You won't lose your data.

Mind you that the A10 rollout has been stopped due to bugs, so I would caution against updating to A10.
I don't follow OP6T, so I'm unsure if the OP6T is worse or better off than OP6 when it comes to bugs. Please make your own research and decide for yourself.

For me, OP6/OOS10.0 is reasonably stable, although I have had 2 spontaneous reboots and a system freeze over the course of 2 weeks. But I don't use my phone for gaming etc - just as a phone/PDA.

Some of you know what I'm about to say...

Android 10 OTA has been paused while they prepare update 10.0.1/10.1 which will fix many of the problems people are facing in this forum. It's best to wait for that to be released, we're expecting it this month. It will still upgrade you from Android 9 to 10.

If you want the current update then download an app called "Oxygen Updater" from the play store and do a full update. Remember to clear phone cache in recovery to get the best experience. Taking this risk is up to you - 6T devices are seeming to come away with many bugs.

10.0? It was a staged rollout that no longer is rolling out due to bugs
10.0.1? It will most likely be another staged rollout to give the team more confidence in the software

Let the phone settle for a couple of full charge cycles - Android does a lot of housekeeping after this kind of update
Also, check your WhatsApp version, anything less than v.2.19.325 and you might have a battery drain issue and should update
