I got the upgrade to 10.3 yesterday. After upgrade, I can no longer connect to any WiFi network !!!
They are all visible (signal strength etc.) but when I try to connect to any of them, nothing happens. If I delete the previously saved network and try to connect to it, then I'm asked for password (correct) and again nothing happens. Password isn't saved because if I try to connect to the same network again, I'm asked for the password again.

Oooh, I know what had happened. WiFi MAC address in Phone information has changed to something else (I have MAC-address base security configured on my APs). Previously it was similar to BT's MAC address, now completely different.
Moreover the MAC address that phone actually uses when connecting to AP is different than this one displayed in Phone Information and is different for 2,4 and 5GHz radios !

DOWNGRADE FROM ANDROID 10 TO ANDROID 9

You will need to use the roll-back firmware which will wipe your phone and downgrade you to Android 9.

See downloads and instructions for both OnePlus 6 & 6T, rollback firmwares...

[GUIDE] Rollback/downgrade from OOS Android 10/Q to stable 9/Pie

You can then download the the latest Android 9 stock Oxygen OS from here to upgrade to the most recent Android 9 release for the 6 & 6T by using Local Upgrade on the phone.

(The above links DO work. If you cannot open them using the OnePlus Community app, switch to your Google Chrome browser)

Download and install the official OnePlus OxygenOS firmware for your model of phone by using the instructions in this link... https://www.oneplus.com/uk/support/softwareupgrade

Does not wipe your phone if you are upgrading from Android 9 to 10.
