    Buddy, i think that's something inherent to OLED panels. At low brightness, black images in motion will show a smearing effect. Not related to software would be my guess.

    due to some major bugs,they have stopped the rollout of Android 10 .

    Same thing on Samsung s10+. Low brightness seems to get a extended GTG time or something on that type of display.

    I haven't seen any official claims of that. But the usual limited rollout time is starting to go out. Either full rollout start about now or we should see a notice about a replaced update any day now. Also Beta 3 is close. It might be that beta 3 and next stable will be pretty close to each other.

    People who haven't received the Android 10 (just like me) please be patient. I guess the wanted to roll out the Android 10 on the OnePlus 7 just for experimental purpose, before the launch of OnePlus 7t( Guinea pigs) I guess the might rollout a more stable update.
