I forgot to mention the last scenario to complete the examples. If you used the Pie rollback package from A10, you'd boot into 9.5.3. Even with your locked bootloader and unrooted OS, you'd have to get the full OTA to 9.5.13 because you'd be skipping several versions in between. Incremental OTAs are only to go from the most previous version to the current. The most recent example of this was the incremental OTA from OB1 to OB2 (rooted users will always need full OTA, though.)

Actually when I rolled back it reverted to 9.5.11. That was the OS version on my device when I bought it.

o_Oo_Oo_O Is there a rollback package I don't know about/missed??? The package I have (Fulldowngrade_wipe_18821_190425_0253_user_fix_revision_MP_release.zip) always puts me at 9.5.3. What is yours and where did you get it? It will save an OTA step if it goes directly to 9.5.11

That is the same one I used. could it be that after the phone rebooted during the setup process it updated automatically to 9.5.11 and I never saw it at9.5.3? I got the ROM from the first post of one of the Android Beta threads.

Yes, the first post of OB1 release. This file brought you to 9.5.3. You probably upgraded so seamlessly during setup that it you forgot you interacted a bit to let it happen. I don't think I've ever seen an Android phone update by itself (former Motorola, HTC, and Samsung owner too.) It may even download the update for you automatically, but there's always a button to push to install. This is how I stay on 9.5.11. I never allow the download/install of 9.5.13 to start. I simply go to my home screen. Now in the US, the rollback would want to bring you straight to 9.5.13 since that is the current version. I had to manually flash 9.5.11 from 9.5.3 to prevent this.

Depends on how you use it and what all installed etc. I've decent battery life in my OnePlus 7 pro. One day life everyday(as in android 9 itself) even with heavy usage. SoT 6-7 hours.
