    Use the phone more then!

SOT is a bit of a weird metric, wouldn't get too hung up on it unless your phone is going dead on you.

I Remember getting around 5-6hrs of screen time on a regular day till the charge ran out, even with the same usage in a day I have to charge it again in the eve(considering last charge was in the morning) to get that screen time

No one from OnePlus monitors this forum, its user driven.

However do a quick search online and you can get a trade in value from OnePlus.

You will need to search for your country to get the correct locale.

Be Proactive. Just in case there is an App hogging resources, causing lag, or draining battery, clear your recent apps, also try setting 3rd party apps to Optimize in Settings Battery, only leave the ones you need run in the background or to notify you such as messages, email, Google Services, oneplus etc on Intelligent control.

Android may take a few days to optimize those apps after setting them to Optimize depending on your usage of those apps. A10 has its own learning curve.

Also charge your phone to full and restart it after optimizing, and see if that helps.

Check App battery stats at about 50% and see if there are particular apps using more battery than necessary.

It's entirely up to you. What's on here is only a fraction of the millions of users, you will only hear of the issues, the other 99% are happy with their phones. Here are some steps to help.

If you are not on US TMobile variant.

You can download and manually install 10.3.0 for the International version from the OnePlus support website below. Follow the instructions given on the OnePlus website. Make sure you have backed up your phone first.

    https://www.oneplus.com/ie/support/softwareupgrade

Once upgrade is done, it's best to then Factory reset to place a fresh install of 10.3.0 on the device. This will ensure no compatibility issues carried over from 9 Pie.

Do a full Erase/Delete Data button, factory reset. This will restore you to a fresh installation of 10.3.0. So you will need to backup your phone.

Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Erase All Data, click on the Delete All Data button.

    The worst Wi-Fi roaming ever!
It doesn't switch to a better signal, no matter if you turn on the "switch to a better wifi" in the options.
If you are in a large build, with several access points, you will face several problems when walking.
You can be at side of an access point with -40 signal, it will be connected to the same (and far) access point with - 90 of signal...
Forget about internet calling in this situation! No Skype, no WhatsApp calls etc.
    Simple awful.

I'd work through the battery optimisation suggestions on here. What apps are top of the list in detailed usage? I'm now at the point that I get more SOT and battery life than I need for my usage. Battery lasts > 24 hours.
