I have the same problem, I don't know what causes this bug. It disappears for a while if I change the font size or display size. In the button half of the screen in shelf swiping up, down and single touch don't work, it's a Android 10 bug.

Downgraded to latest Pie because Android 10 is too unstable so far. Lagging, graphics performance is bad, network is bad. I can't think of one thing that makes latest Android 10.3.0 better then latest Pie.
Next time I update I want to be sure of the quality of the release.

You will need to convert your T-Mobile (USA) carrier minority variant to the global model before you can start using the global model's firmware. See...

T-Mobile 6T to Global model Conversion (WITHOUT unlocked bootloader/SIM unlock!)

As @Kytharsis states, you may want to wait until TMo release their own ersatz version of Android 10 with a new bootloader although there is nothing to stop you switching now save for the fact that global Android 10 does not permit GPay to work on converted TMo phones using the old Android 9 bootloader.

Just in case there is an App hogging resources, causing lag, Battery drain or freezing, clear your recent apps, also try setting 3rd party apps to Optimize in Settings Battery, only leave the ones you need run in the background or to notify you such as messages, email, Google Services, oneplus etc on Intelligent control.

Android may take a few days to optimize those apps after setting them to Optimize depending on your usage of those apps. A10 has its own learning curve.

Also charge your phone to full and restart it after optimizing, and see if that helps.

Check App battery stats at about 50% and see if there are particular apps using more battery than necessary.

I've had the update for weeks now and have all apps set to intelligent control. the battery performance is fine but I get stutters/lag every day now.

gaming performance is also much worse.

I would suggest putting nearly all 3rd apps on to optimize, it force closes the app once cleared from recents. Only leave the ones you want notifications from on Intelligent control, such as Gmail , WhatsApp etc

Only other thing I can suggest is a complete format and fresh install of 10.3.0 using the Delete Data button.

Do a full Erase/Delete Data button, factory reset. This will restore you to a fresh installation of 10.3.0. So you will need to backup your phone.

Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Erase All Data, click on the Delete All Data button,

If you do and you find you need an app notification at a later stage, you can always go back and change it at any time to Intelligent control

It has for many in the past, of course, if wish you can do a full factory reset using the Data Delete button, to install a fresh version of 10.3.0, make sure you back up your phone first though.

I have an unlocked OnePlus6T which got the update last month. I've waited for a fix for some of the bugs below for the past month, but none has come. Here's what the update has ruined (surely I can't be the only one):
    1. Camera freezing - Both on stock app and gcam, the camera now freezes randomly. Once it does, other apps like Snapchat can't access the camera.
    2. Animations randomly slowing down - The animations randomly slow down. Fixed when locked and subsequently unlocked. But this shouldn't happen in the first place
    3. Web pages don't load - Happens when I try to open a link from an app like Twitter. It opens the browser page but nothing happens. Everything freezes and I have to kill the app. When I restart the app and try to open the link again, it doesn't even open the browser.

I was perfectly happy with Android 9 and was fine waiting for as long as needed to get a well tested update. This update though is unacceptable. If anyone knows a fix to any of these issues please let me know. Thanks

Agree, I hesitated to update to 10.3, but did, works great on my OP6 with some minor bugs. Worth updating. Do think many problems are from non USA phones.

Hi, since the update to 10.3.0, I have noticed that for some apps, even though they are set to receive all sorts of notifications, don't actually show notifications unless you actually open the app. Is anyone else experiencing this?
