    Getting a notification saying "Handling Android theme" from the system appearing every few minutes in the notifications. can't silence it completely, so I minimized it.

    Good that the app devs are starting to fix battery drain issues. Noticed this update to WhatsApp arrived yesterday. We concluded in the 10.3.0 thread that poorly written apps were part of the problem with heat/battery drain.
