    Try the following,

Clear the App info Cache and App info Storage for all 3 items

    Google Playstore
    Google Play services
Google Services Framework (Search in Setting for this)

    Restart the phone.

See if this rectifies the issue.

Many people are having problems but many are not. Some problems also being reported by other manufacturers mobile users after updating to android 10.
If you are competent and happy to swap versions and deal with problems then update. If not or if your mobile is needed for work or school then don't.
Basic rule is if your mobile is working well and it is extremely important to you that it is still working tomorrow then don't update. Ever !

    Liking the update.

A note regarding the notch display - when notch setting is set to hidden the icons drop down below the camera level and the black bar at the top becomes too big. Can they be put back to the top level either side of the camera notch like on the Oxygen 9 version?

Also, can the dark theme have a setting introduced to automatically turn on/off at sunrise & sunset - in the same kind of way as night mode's blue light filter?

    Kind regards,
    NH

The new notch prevents burn-in, you'll appreciate eventually.

What you're asking is "scheduled power off".

Turning the phone changes the size of the picture, it's not supposed to rotate.

Zoom is not a feature of the front camera anymore. Android 10 is a whole new OS. So unless the feature is reintroduced in a later update, stuck with no front camera zoom.

Try the following, see if it helps.

    Wipe cache partition

    Turn off your device.

Press and hold the Volume down and Power button at the same time.

When the OnePlus logo appears, release the Power button, but continue holding the Volume down button.

At the Password screen, enter the Password or PIN number that you use to unlock your device. When done, tap Ok.

    Tap English.

    Tap Wipe data and cache.

    Tap Wipe cache.

    Tap Yes to continue.

Tap Reboot to restart the phone.

Just in case there is an App hogging resources, causing lag, Battery drain, reboots or freezing, clear your recent apps, also try setting 3rd party apps to Optimize in Settings Battery, only leave the ones you need run in the background or to notify you such as messages, email, Google Services, oneplus etc on Intelligent control.

Android may take a few days to optimize those apps after setting them to Optimize depending on your usage of those apps. A10 has its own learning curve.

Also charge your phone to full and restart it after optimizing, and see if that helps.
