OxygenOS 10.3.1 for the OnePlus 6 and 6T

    Try clearing the clock app info cache and storage.

    Make sure the apps are not optimized, set the to Intelligent control or Not Optimized. See if that helps.

    Do a full Erase/Delete Data button, factory reset. This will restore you to a fresh installation of 10.3.1. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

    Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Erase All Data, click on the Delete All Data button,

    Both are official, the H2OS website is where OnePlus pull the OTA which auto downloads as an OTA file, the one you see in System Updates in Settings.

    The other one is the OnePlus software support site, to allow you to download and manually install.

    As I stated previously, the signature on each is to differentiate between whether is was offered as OTA or if it was a manual install. Build dates are the same, both files are the exact same size when downloaded.

    It's the same, no matter how you want to spin it.

    I'm not sure why..but ever since I updated to OS 10.3.1, my wifi signal keeps dropping.. if i call using WhatsApp, the call keeps going to reconnecting and if I'm playing CoC, keeps reconnecting and so on.. this happens all the time. I thought first that it's something to do with wifi.. apparently it started happening since the update.

    Hi,

    with the recent update, I have been facing immense issues of screen freezing, even while typing this, i just faced it. Not able to take videos. Its crashing. almost all apps are crashing. please let me know if anyone else is facing the same and what is the solution.

    Hey buddy!
    I was facing same kind of problem once. But it has resolved. you need to reset your phone with erase all your data in internal storage.
    This may solve your problem.

    Factory reset - erase all data - after backing up first. This should give you a clean version of 10.3.1.

    During call in the handset mode....the other person's voice appears such loud that you can even hear it from 1 foot away. Thats so annoying and its happening after android 10 official update. Anyone else experiencing this??. Can some1 provide me a fix

    P.S - I am using OP6 on android 10.3.1

    Use the volume keys during a call to adjust the sound.

    I tried to lower the sound with volume keys but not happenning. The sound stays absolutely loud either with min or max volume.

    No, mine has disappeared too with 10.3.1. I haven't bothered to investigate it further as O2 is my second SIM, don't use the voicemail on it.

    I don’t know what else you were trying to do. Just try rebooting your device a few times.
    Clear the cache and, if it doesn’t work out, then the data of the phone application.
    Make device wipe cache

    It has been discussed many times here and in other forums. But no one knows for sure. Perhaps this is what was intended, but, most likely, the debugging code simply remained.
    In any case, it simply notifies you that the system is trying to apply a default theme to the application. Take it as simple as the next notification you receive dozens every day.

    Looks like you turned on Hearing Aid Compatibility in the accessibility menu. Turn it back off.
