Do a full Erase/Delete Data button, factory reset. This will restore you to a fresh installation of 10.3.1. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Erase All Data, click on the Delete All Data button

When I was on 10.0.1 I did a reset ... And after updating I again have to go with all that ... I'm wondering... Do these incremental updates fixes bugs or creates new ones...

To be honest, I have never had the issues you experience, it can be down to many factors, Gaming, apps not optimized for Android 10, an App not functioning correctly.

Yesterday I noticed a spike in my Battery use, found it to be Google Play services, so I cleared the cache from all Google apps, including Playstore, Gmail, Framework, Services, Google App, Chrome, restarted the phone, kinda hit them with a sledgehammer. Working fine since.

Sometimes an app updates and maybe doesn't play good with older cached data and goes into a tail spin on Battery. Can be any app or apps you may have installed or updated recently.

I also did a complete Format of the phone before updating to 10.3.1, Battery is excellent since, except for that issue with Google yesterday. Which I fixed.

Here is my usage and SOT, no Gaming involved though.

I will do a reset in upcoming days ... But before that thinking of resetting play services and all and then clear cache ... And see hows it responding ... Just one question that ... Do I need to charge phone to 100% and then perform all these steps or at any time.. so that the optimization may hit it

Have as much Battery as possible, because when you reset it, it will use more Battery for a time after Android finishes the fresh installation, it will be working in the background optimizing apps. Also no harm to set any 3rd party apps to Optimize in Battery Optimization. Just leave the ones you need run in the background for Notifications on Intelligent control.

Let the phone go through 3 or 4 battery cycles, then check the battery over the days after that and see if it improves. That's what I did, and I just can't drain this battery. Usually about 30% after a full day of use. And I let it on charge all night, even beyond 100%. Been doing that since I got the phone 14 months ago.

Might be the only solution at this stage, although, just before you do. Try resetting the Mobile Network once more. Restart the phone, Ya never know.

Nope, never had an issue, so its usually on charge for 6 to 8 hours. Unplug it, and then the Battery just won't drain on me during the day, rinse repeat for the last 14 months, and will keep doing it till the phone is no more, have always done that with all previous phones as well, never had an issue. My 6T, Android 10.3.1 is solid as a rock stable. Battery life better than 9 Pie, and it's as fast as diarrhea out of a camels ***. [e]1f601[/e]
