seems you are the one who needs to hold your horses, did you even read what i typed?

have patience, read again, get back and maybe even then I'd refuse to argue with you..

just so you know, I'm not amongst the ones complaining fast delivery of updates.

so maybe you're better off if you mind your business.

okay, it's logical, but there are so many real improvement.

    1) video rendering in Google Photos is 10% faster than 9.0
    2) photo/video export is 14% faster than 9.0
    3) boot up is 3% faster than 9.0
    4) gameing performance is 7% faster than 9.0
    5) camera qualiti is improved
    6) battery life is good enough as it was 9.0, maybe 1% better
    7) overall performance is 10-12% smoother...

yes this company don't give a sh*t about old devices, but there are some improvements.

    Thanks 🥰

Hold on! I know what you were referring to. Contacting customer care just for an update is really something not worth doing. Now, you'll tell me that it's not wrong because you own your phone and you can ask whatever you wish to. Yes! go ahead. Transparency for an update? Go buy an Apple.

i never asked for your suggestion as to which brand i should buy.
neither did i ask your opinion on whether i should ask customer care or not, so you can keep yourself reserved and shut.

And yet with a little patience and reading of posts where replies have been given throughout the thread, you will still receive the update Soon, how soon who knows, but whining won't speed up anything.

There is a schedule OnePlus have I am sure. And they will keep to their schedule. And no, they probably won't tell you what that schedule is, and I wouldn't blame them, considering the whining they have to read.
