What's the point in moaning about it, if you are not going to let OnePlus know directly, as I said, this is a User forum, no one from OnePlus is monitoring here.

Your issue is between You the OP phone you have and OnePlus. Take it up directly with OnePlus. Another option is to go to one of their approved repair outlets see what they say.

It's all very simple if you get proactive about it.

So what you are saying is that you don't want to contact OnePlus directly. No one from OnePlus will see your post in the thread, which is of absolute no use.

Then maybe that is something that oneplus should be doing.
A great deal was made over the oneplus community, other companies have customer facing forums, where you can get support and asnwers to issues.
for example, my iternet service provider has user forums, like this, most of it self/user help however official represnetaties from the ISP monitor the user forums, and post to them offering support and solutions to issues, likewise with a few other service providers/vendors/manufacturers.

If there is no monitoring, no feedback then oneplus may as well shut the whole community side of things down, and re-direct users to the official contacts page

I think it would be near-impossible to make sense of, or triage and prioritise the information on these threads. I use a number of forums that have staff participating and they're not technical support, they are 'social media consultants' who can only recommend turning it off and on again, resetting to factory and then to raise a ticket.

    I prefer it like this.

    Use https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/

Because there is too much chaff in here and other threads. I don't blame them for not monitoring, it would be a monumental task to filter through these posts for all phone models to find anything.

There are 4 current options, Bug and Feedback reports, contact directly by chat or email, or even go to an Approved Service centre and now the additional 2 you have given. That's more than most Mobile manufacturers out there.

The Community App is just, that for the community of users to try and help each other.

However there is always going to be a few moaners out there, who couldn't be arsed to take a proactive approach and use those contact options mentioned, if their issue is not fixed by user suggestions here.

This will not work for USA TMobile phones. International Global only.

Install latest OOS 10.3.1 incremental & now full update released for 6T, 6 should be showing soon, it is a Staged Rollout, so if you don't see it via OTA, you may need to do it via 3rd party app Oxygen Updater from the Playstore, see if it fixes any issues you may have.

In Oxygen Updater settings, you can set the update method to incremental if you are already on 10.3.0, if you are on any earlier version to this, set update method to full update.
