    Replace "random" with "qualified". :p
Qualified means in that case, users who are not complaining and/or whining, because they actually know how to report bugs (if any) and using the appropriate channels to report these.
All others are not "qualified" enough to provide a valuable feedback, especially the ones who are whining.
21 days for valuable feedback if there bugs, if nothing serious, the download is available for all.

    Cheers

I'm afraid the screen shots are needed, if only if it were for the time stamps. These logs are very large and they can't go through all lines.

The last time I tried to upgrade to OS 10, I saw huge battery drain at idle and screen quality decreased. Any feedback on these issues (if you've experienced them) with 10.3.10? Also, still running 9.0.9 and reluctant to upgrade.

Tbh I didn't feel any great changes but had to do for getting updates.
    9.0.9 worked fine for me.
Battery drain is issue is not straight forward. Just after update it drains too much but after a month it gives more screen on time. Idk 🤷 mine stated to heat recently and I am on 3.9 not 3.10

On my 6t all works fine. I don't play, so I have no heating or battery drain.
After update make a factory reset. That is important. So you get a fresh install of A10. In the first days/weeks you have a high battery drain. But this is normal, because Android has to optimize all apps and the battery can settle down.

Appreciate your help. I'm trying to avoid a factory reset but will definitely consider it

You can also try upgrading without a factory reset, but you may get errors that no one can explain to you
