You will need to contact Jio and ask them why?

i had a unusual problem with my one plus 6 . I updated it to10.3.2 7 to 8 days ago. but of sudden it started to restart again and again if i shutdown..it starts itself and restart...
restarts after every 10 to 20 sec..
i cleaned the cache in recovery mode... nothing happend
    i factory reseted... nothing happen

infact created more problem...when device was started new..there was no network detected..not even detect the wifi..and was stuck...

i removed my sim cards and

i started my device in safe mode and it worked and somehow connected to wifi and able to start new...

    and now works fine.......
DONT KNOW WHAT WAS THE REASON THIS HAPPENED AT VERY FIRST PLACE..

I usually have zero issue with any update.

But this time somehow app store is not updating any of my apps on wifi , on mobile data works fine.

Tried clear cache date on Google store , framework and others but did not help.

I know wifi is no the issue because I never had this issue.

Any other things I need to do to fix this ?

    Thank you

Oneplus 6t on Android 10 sucks dick and I'm disappointed in OnePlus for only focusing their time to the OnePlus 7/7t and not their other devices. this will most likely be my last OnePlus device. Im still on Android 9 and it's only because I had to manually downgrade. The black bar on the bottom of the OnePlus 6t on Android 10 frustrated me so much I wanted to slap whoever with the phone that thought of about keeping it there. OnePlus is going to lose more customers coming in the future with this dumbass practices. don't ever forget the people don't forget.

This time after I updated from 9.0.17 to 10.3.2 I completely wiped everything (including pictures) and went with a fresh install of 10.3.2, and I manually installed each app I previously had. I didn't restore anything except for WhatsApp chat history.

I thought by disabling RAM Boost that did the trick but here we are 24 hours later back to the same stuttering issues again. It's only intermittent not all the time

Nothing you can do about that. It is just shitty coding, poor debugging and software optimization. Try to contact OnePlus via Feedback tool and hope they will fix that.

Not sure if this would have any effect, but depending on what your current setting is, try disabling or enabling DC Dimming in the OnePlus Lab under Settings->Utilities
