    Check if you have installed a 3rd party app that is allowing this 180° feature.

    If you have wiped your phone completely already without reinstating 3rd party apps and it is still happening, then I suggest you contact OnePlus support directly for more information on your issue. Scroll down the page for contact/chat details.

    There no option for backup the device so that i can reset with proper backingup the data. I have not checked earlier but from yesterday I tried like any thing to backup through google drive or google ac. I have delete G-Ac and clear device cheche restarted several times. tried with different wifi network and mobile data of different operator( Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone). There is showing waiting for backup but nothing going forward or not going to the end the process.

    Please help whats the solution regarding this.

    This appears to be a common problem with Google and it appears to be a bit random. It's not phone make or model specific

    Thanks for the info. Also my problem solved automatically just some time before. my data have been backedup also check in the g drive at the backup section.

    I've experienced yet a new bug..after 25 days in stable and good going with 10.3.2 today evening the battery began to drain fast then before...I checked all apps and settings however I found there is nothing to effect this.

    Have you installed any new apps or updated any apps within the timeframe the battery draining started?

    Sometimes it could be an app update, check Playstore for a list of recently updated apps

    its not upto them op team is doing nothing about that. i have other a10 devices on which it is working like charm...

    A strange problem is arising in my 6T..whenever i am on call using the earpiece (screen gets off that time), initially it works well..but after few seconds during call other party is not able to hear my voice..while i can hear their voice..but if i pursue the call using loudspeaker(screen remains on during the call) then no such problem is arising and my voice is audible to other party during call..i am receiving half of signals on my phone..what should be the solution for this problem??
