Why not write it? Less responsibility for them. The same goes for downloading automatic updates. They are the same files. The difference is only that they push you a link to auto download the rom file and also you get the changelog file.
The rom has some fail-safes so if the file is damaged it shouldn't install.

Go to your local OnePlus support page (select your preferred phone model) and download.

Make sure the file is in the root directory of your device, and if needed, exit the file name in file manager to remove the ".jar" from the file name.

You can then install via local upgrade.

Other than trying a full factory reset after backing up all your date. I would suggest contacting OnePlus support directly.

Scroll down the page for contact details.

[QUOTE = "KuFain, post: 21395525, member: 1535526"] быстрый вопрос: мне нужно 10.3.1 перед обновлением до 10.3.2, обновлением с Android 9? [/ QUOTE]

To upgrade to Android 10 with Android 9, there must be version 9.0.9 for OnePlus 6 and 9.0.17 for OnePlus 6t. This is a prerequisite. Then you can download the full update file from the OnePlus website and update locally. Or wait for OTA.

The camera app is lagging so much. Just switched to Pro Mode from normal and it got stuck for a while. Then clicked a photo which was taking multiple clicks.

Update your camera to the latest version. See if fixes the issues you experience.

And Download and install OnePlus Camera Service

Seems like the issue is solved. Thank you so much. One more question, what about the future updates of the camera app? Will it arrive in the Playstore or need to download it from 3rd party site?

Currently the OnePlus Camera is not available in the Playstore. It seems to only update via OOS build updates, but newer Camera apps do become available, this is the same for other apps as well nit posted or delayed posted in the Playstore.

    No idea why that's is.

The OnePlus Gallery and Launcher apps are newer versions in ApkMirror, than those available in the Playstore.

You will get more info in this article about OnePlus and the way it handles Playstore updates for its own apps.

There is a Hotspot app on the phone, if you disable your Hotspot you will see that the - 5 will no longer utilise battery.

    Its a badly named identifier.

This question had been asked and answered many times on these forums.

The Answer is its the identifier for the Hotspot feature.
