Also if I enable show system app nothing happens.

well for starters its a system file manager app, that could be the reason you cannot revoke the ability to install unknown apps.
frankly i don't see any issue in that, i mean if you don't use the app for installation it should be fine.
i should check mine and see if that's how it is.

Sideload from ApkMirror, most find it works without issue on 6T ,a few have had issues. Which is weird as we all have the same OOS and Hardware.

The additional Shelf and Recents App features are great. And I find it runs buttery smooth.

    OnePlus Launcher 4.4.2.

I just want to know that while hiding notch the status icons( network, wifi, battery, etc) are showing inside the screen ..The icon should be in hiding area as it was in android 9 but not in android 10...
Is it the system problem or launcher problem..
Will new launcher version help me to fix this?

No that's the way the notch currently works, when you hide the Notch area. All the icons move down from top of the screen when you choose the option Show Notch area.

The Android 9 option is not available in Android 10.

The battery backup in this new update is seriously shit

Might be on your phone, but your personalisation might have something to do with that.

It's actually unbelievably good on 10.3.3.
