After upgrade of 10.3.3 Dash charging not working, I'm frustrated with these One Plus upgrades. There will be a major bugs 2/3 for sure in each upgrade of One Plus.
Dash charging is the main feature in One Plus, how come you people screwed up this ???
I saw so many comments in community about this like clean the port it will work and closing issue as invalid. How come it's a port issue ?? why can't you understand we are facing this issue after upgrade of 10.3.3.

No...... YOU are facing this issue. My device (and the majority of others) are charging perfectly well. I'm not trying to say you don't have an issue, but it is far more likely to be an issue with your charger, cable or charging ports, than it is an issue from the update (otherwise we'd all be experiencing it) 🤷‍♂️

Because normally it's a port issue. Debris and dust can accumulate in the grooves of the Type-C port and prevent contact from being made between the circuits. Usually if you have this issue, cleaning the ports is the way to go.

Any one experiencing audio issues while making receiving calls after the 10.3.3 upgrade? the sound is really faint at my end even while on speaker phone. However, the audio/sound works well and is at full volume when I make a whatsapp call. So basically not a phone issue rather a software issue. @OnePlus pls look into this

I've never had this issue in either update. Trust me, just do a quick check of the port and see if there's any dust or debris in the port. If there is, use a toothpick or non-conductive brush to get it out. It takes literally 5 seconds.

If it was common problem, it would be on this thread every minute every hour. Out of Millions of 6 series phones, there are a few with issue you experience. It seems that Android 10 is a little more sensitive to connections made.

In most cases, cleaning the Ports on the Phone, Charger and both ends of the Cable tend to fix the issue.

In a minor few cases, where cleaning does not fix it, chances are, that because Android 10 is set to be more sensitive to those connections, its possible that it is identifying a minor issue within a port connection, whether that be the phone, charger or cable connectors and ports.

Contact OnePlus support directly to see if they have more information on your issue. Scroll down the page for contact and online chat details.

In Oxygen OS 10.3.3 the battery optimization is not good as it was on Oxygen OS 10.3.2, kindly look forward to optimize battery usage in further Oxygen OS updates. As I am using OnePlus 6, and found the issue within a day. Thanks you OnePlus community, and keep it up as always [e]1f44d[/e][e]1f44d[/e]. I am a big fan of Oneplus Devices.

Just in case there is an App hogging resources, causing Heat issues, causing lag, Battery drain or freezing, clear your recent apps, also try setting 3rd party apps to Optimize in Settings Battery, only leave the ones you need run in the background or to notify you such as messages, email, Google Services, oneplus etc on Intelligent control.

Android may take a few days to optimize those apps after setting them to Optimize depending on your usage of those apps. A10 has its own learning curve.

Go through 3 to 4 charge cycles, leave on charge beyond full capacity for a couple of hours. Preferably overnight.

After a few days, Check App battery stats at about 50% and see if there are particular apps using more resources than necessary.

If its still not improving, backup your phone, full factory reset, Delete All Data, as in wipe your phone completely, and repeat the steps above.

This will restore you to a fresh installation of Android. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

    Go to Settings,
    System,
    Reset Options,
    Enable Erase Internal Storage.

Then click on the Delete All Data button.
