It isn't a problem with the play store... Your phone can't access its memory in fact if you go on your gallery you find out that it's empty. I had the same problems while installing the 10.3.2 version and I solved it updating my system to the beta 6

So the solution is revert to Beta6 or Wipe the phone complete?

You can't revert to an earlier security version.

    This bug is so strange!!
Via file manager I see all to 0, via Files I can browser in my files. Via default gallery I see 0images, via whatapp or files images are present in dcim folder. Also, I can't make a screenshot (cannot save in memory). So, is a memory issue but atm a cannot fount any way to fix.

I have faced the downloading issue when once when I update from pie to open beta 1 andriod 10 without factory reset you can wait for some time mine got automatically fixed after 1 hr looks like apps are updating in background which caused the issue or you can go for factory reset which should fix the issue and is recommended for smooth transition.

I don't know to be honest, but to rollback your phone to the beta you also have to wipe it...
I think it's not the best idea if you don't have a backup because you also can't connect the phone to a pc...
My advice is to wait for a newer update, in my case it worked and also I found in my gallery the photos/screenshots I tried to do while having this problem

PUBG in itself is a very heavy game and you are playing it while charging if you love your phone please don't play games while charging

Yes... and just because you didn't get it doesn't mean you're never gonna get it.

To everyone facing the problem of Google play crashes and unable to access the storage, try installing 10.3.3 again. This will change the partition access. Might help. Also, you won't lose data.

Let me know if it works out.

I took a look at the logcat to see wtf was going on with the system.
It's turns out, the SQLite database for the Downloads Provider (involved in reading and writing data to internal [emulated] storage) had a higher version in beta 6 when it wanted a lower version in 10.3.3 (looks like it may have failed to downgrade due to the database being in use constantly [locked]) and so Android naturally ends the process (crashing involved apps, if it's not handled).[IMG]
To fix this, search for the 'Download Manager' app in the settings, force close the app and clear its data.
