Reset your WiFi adapter, see if that helps.
Settings, System, Reset Options, Reset WiFi Mobile Bluetooth.
Also check your router broadcast channels for interference, change them to other channels if you find a nearby router broadcasting on the same channel as yours.
Use a WiFi analyzer to check.
I use this one from the Playstore to check for nearby routers using the same channel as me, and I switch my channel on the router to suit.

There is also suggested fix here by @@shravanp07, however it is quite lengthy.

I also faced this issue once

Goto Settings>App and Notifications>See all apps>find the Bluetooth app clear cache and storage>find the Bluetooth MIDI service clear cache and storage> Reboot your device...now connect you device

Yes ..From past few days many users facing this issue...
I think this maybe some server issue....but you install it manually...
Try oxygen updater..for easily installing the latest version..

I have the same. I am on 10.3.3 and when I check for updates it says "up-to-date". I did have 10.3.4 pending for some time but did not have time to install it. Now it seems it's been removed. Don't do this, OnePlus!

While calling a service number such as Vodafone Customer Care in India (199) I'm facing the below shown error. I'm guessing this has something to do with the assisted dialling feature in the Phone App. However, it still persists after disabling the same.

Can someone confirm if this is faced by other users as well and if there's a possible fix?

Seems to be a Vodafone issue.
