Correct, if there's 3 android versions or 1 that's how many we'll get, even 2 *within the applicable period*

No. Even if there are three android upgrades, we might get just 1. They haven't specified anything there. The only concrete thing is timeline, i.e. two years of feature and android updates. Not the quantity.

It may be that 6T has received 10.3.4 first, OP6 will within a week or so.

You can download and install 10.3.3 Full install over Beta 6, there should be no data loss. But its good practice to back up your phone first when moving between builds. Just in case anything goes wrong.

Once you have 10.3.3 installed, you will be offered 10.3.4 as soon as its available for OP6.

You an get full 10.3.3 from OnePlus support site below. Or Oxygen Updater, whichever you wish.

Choose your phone in the list, and download it, follow the instructions on the page.

As per the maintenance schedule, there will be 2 years of regular software updates from the release date of the phone (release dates of T variants would be considered), including new features, Android versions,...

Happy, now run along and be #thick elsewhere

you are getting SOT 11-12 hrs[e]1f628[/e]I not getting SOT upto 11-12hrs[e]1f61e[/e].mine is only 6-7hrs[e]1f613[/e].please can you say how to get SOT upto 11-12hrs.

I have set all 3rd party apps to optimised except the ones I want notifications from such as WhatsApp Message etc, I use Fast Task Killer to clear memory and release Ram. I charge it overnight and I clear Recents app list 3 to 6 times an hour.

I removed all apps I no longer require or maybe use once in 6 months.

I keep apps up to date from both Playstore and ApkMirror, whichever notifies me first.

Other than that not much else.

Again. You are the one acting thick. It has clearly specified only the duration and not quantity. Is it really hard to understand that? With this quote, legally, your argument doesn't stand a chance.

I repeat, the quantity is in Google's gift, if it releases within the period then the obligation falls to op in the quotes clause.

Again. There is no obligation on OP to release an android version even if google releases it. There is no "clause".

Show me one sentence, where OP says that we will definitely provide an android upgrade which Google has released within the time frame.
