Really missing option for asking before applying the wallpaper on home and lock screen or both... while using a motion effect wallpaper and then changing to normal...the lock screen wallpaper doesn't change ╮(╯_╰)╭ this really sucks.

11? OMG such an optimism. No! 11 will be available middle of 2021 and 10.3.5 or next version will be available in the next month (hopefully). Welcome to OnePlus World... False promises and forgotten users. You should bought iPhone like me and all other users.

Thanks for suggestion, but figured out that problem was in YouTube Vanced app. Turned on VP9 codec and ExoPlayer V2 in settings, cleared cache, reboot phone and all works fine!
    Just false alarm)

What broken promises? OnePlus promises updates once every two months. The OnePlus 6 is already a two year phone, but luckily it's tied to the 6T.

The last update was launched on the 27th of May, so we're only now going past two months. It's a bit too dramatic to start talking about "forgotten users". Even more so considering the disruption the entire world is facing due to the coronavirus pandemic.

I've temporary solved the issue by uninstalling chrome and installing another browser. I hope I'll soon get rid of the major problem here, the phone itself. It's just a delusion, a fake camera on the back, monthly patches that have always been in fact an update every 3 months, from OOS 10 onward it has just been a mess, with fps drops, the fingerprint sensor not always working and other major issues I had. For me it's the first and the last OnePlus phone.

Do as Caomhin said, install 9.0.9 first from https://oneplusupdates.com/device/oneplus-6
After downloading the file, place it directly to the internal storage. If the installation fails again! Try resetting your phone and make sure to take a backup first. Then after setting up the phone, go to software updates and go ahead to download and install. It will work. :)

And as promised here is the Updated OxygenOS release cycle which is there for all to read. So it can take approximately 2 months, and on a 2 year old phone that's normal.

If your phone performs normally, if so you have nothing to worry about.

If it doesn't then specify what is happening and you may get a solution.

    Official Release (OTA)
    (Unchanged – 1 update every 1-2 months)
This is the final step. Once code has undergone several rounds of internal and community feedback throughout the Closed and Open Beta programs, the best of the best is released on the official version of OxygenOS. These are the updates that you automatically receive via OTA if you don’t opt into any sort of beta program. In a nutshell, these are the builds that go out to all of our users across the globe. While these builds are stable and polished, the feedback doesn’t stop. We still continue to collect and analyze feature requests and bug reports, and we actually have some big things in the works to make the feedback process even better.

Network speed meter Not recording speed of internet shared via hotspot

I have OnePlus A600, using 10.3.4 whenever i connect anything to my Hotspot, the speed meter doesn't record any internet going to connected devices but internet works on them just fine. Only the speed meter in status bar doesn't record anything when internet is going through Hotspot.

It used to work just fine before so I don't know if i have done anything wrong. I have tried reboot, hard resetting. Hard resetting does fix this but for 2-3 days only then it again start acting up.

    Two things i noticed that

    1. If i do any file transfer using my phone hotspot as the ftp server, speed meter does record everything.

    2. If my phone is already connected to a wifi network or Wifi is just (not even connected to any network) before turning On
Hotspot (which inturn switch off the Wifi) then network speed meter record everything
