In the sense that the capacity of the Battery is down to 81% so a 3700mAh battery will have lost 19% of its capacity. So you're battery is operating at about 3000mAh.

Batteries lose capacity over time. It's the nature of batteries.

All depends how you use them., I use my phone extensively, but don't do Gaming, so a 10% loss per year is fairly normal, I have the phone nearly 2 years now. Some may lose less or mir depending in usage.

It sounds like you have the Oneplus 6T, T-Mobile (USA) carrier minority variant.

Here is how to receive the token and how to unlock the bootloader for this model...

There is more information to be found in the T-Mobile (USA) section of the forum, here...

I have already given up on this cheap company. Switching to an iPhone or Samsung ( if I again buy android) next time I buy a phone.

OnePlus' defence about the pandemic is garbage. They are constantly releasing new products, updates but not for the 6 series.

    What ????
    10.3.5 ????
    Download it from official website
    https://www.oneplus.in/support/softwareupgrade

Please back up your data before flashing your device.
Place the zip to the root of your internal storage
After the .zip file is copied to your phone, go to 'Settings' - 'system update', click the 'settings' icon on the top right corner, choose 'Local upgrade', find the .zip file and click on 'Install' to confirm.
The update takes about a minute (depending upon the file size), once done reboot your device to boot into the latest Oxygen OS.

Yes 10.3.5 is awesome.....super stable with great features.
As you're on open beta...you have first rollback to stable version...
Here is the procedure and file
    https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/rollback-build-for-oneplus-6-and-6t-open-beta-testers.1217210/

After rollback... download the 10.3.5 and follow the procedure.

I always install apps update manually if OnePlus won't push update on its own.
