With so little info to go on, try the following.

    Do a Full Factory Reset

This will restore you to a fresh installation of Android. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

    Go to Settings,
    System,
    Reset Options,
    Enable Erase Internal Storage.

Then click on the Delete All Data button.

Once done, use the phone for a couple of days without adding apps to check for issues with just the raw fresh OOS only.

Only introduce previous 3rd party apps gradually over 2 weeks to see if any particular app or apps drain the battery

For more info on how to backup your phone, check the solutions here.

Try to Optimize the phone, clear your recent apps, also set 3rd party apps to Optimize in Settings Battery, only leave the ones you need run in the background or to notify you such as messages, email, Google Services, oneplus etc on Intelligent control.

Android may take a few days to optimize those apps after setting them to Optimize depending on your usage of those apps. A10 has its own learning curve.

Go through 2 to 3 charge cycles, leave on charge beyond full capacity for a couple of hours. Preferably overnight.

After a few days, Check App battery stats at about 50% and see if there are particular apps using more resources than necessary.

This upgrade actually makes me think I have a new phone.
    Zero lag
    Zero theme notification.
    Really great upgrade.
Possibly the best I have had on 6t

Instagram app is not working in my phone. All other apps work properly but Instagram works only for few minutes after reinstalling. Can you please fix the bug?

Revert to a previous version of Instagram, this sometimes fixes such issues.

Turn off Auto update in the Playstore.

Backup anything you require from Instagram Uninstall current Instagram version.

Try this Stable version from earlier in July.

    https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/insta...tagram-150-0-0-33-120-7-android-apk-download/

If this fixes the issues, then it's Instagram issues with more recent updates, which happens a lot. Need to talk to Instagram developers about this.

Normally fast charge will take up to an hour, quick to 80%, then it slows for the last 20%.

Thisnis also something to try, people get mixed results from this, but it may work for you. Just be careful when selecting the cache to delete. Follow the steps to the letter.

    Wipe cache partition

    Turn off your device.

Press and hold the Volume down and Power button at the same time.

When the OnePlus logo appears, release the Power button, but continue holding the Volume down button.

At the Password screen, enter the Password or PIN number that you use to unlock your device. When done, tap Ok.

    Tap English.

    Tap Wipe data and cache.

    Tap Wipe cache.

    Tap Yes to continue.

Tap Reboot to restart the phone.

Thank you for the update. Especially for the crash of Chrome. I thought it was a bug of Chrome.

Just for info, Instagram didn't work on my device either after the update, however it is working fine for me now. Haven't done anything with the app itself, so I can only assume that it was rebooting my phone that has got it working.

Updating through oxygen updater, it's not showing update features and Google Play system didn't update to July 1

And GOOGLE Play System Update, updates seperately to GMS update that was included, down to Google as to when they update that.

That's right, it never does. But if you open Oxygen Updater, it will show at the bottom of the screen

Select View Update Information from the bottom of the screen.

They have a random Rollout, haven't received it myself either, no idea what they use for criteria to roll it out. Google just do their own thing.
