    I've tried another phones and connected to my vehicle, it works fine only problem which I'm facing is with only OnePlus 6t, even I've tried with OnePlus 7 it works fine.

    Sometime when WhatsApp notification or Instagram notification popped up then suddenly for a couple of second my device get hanged, this problem is with me from last couple of months.

    No one can update from oxygen updater app!!! The file can only be downloaded and then you sideload and upgrade the system via settings only
    ..

    I remade everything you just told me, they are in the latest stable version OS 10.3.4. My phone is not from T Mobile, I'm sure it was blocked, until the message that appears on the bootloader startup that was unlocked suniu, I did the check by restarting it on fastboot, and showed that it is blocked,
    when it was unlocked it had root on it, nothing more than that, but I had unroot it for a long time, I only had the bootloader unlocked just that, I didn’t make any other changes to it, I formatted it 2x already

    Always a good idea to make regular backups just incase.

    To answer your question though. No, a local upgrade shouldn't cause data loss
