I don't play games that's the reason i am getting good SOT. And my every app on optimize.

I don't game either... I'm still happy with my battery life but more SOT is always better. I wonder if anyone else is getting over 10+ hours. maybe some of my apps are draining the battery. I'll have to monitor more closely

I know a couple of users on here who get those kinds of screen on times. I don't get near the 10hr mark myself, but I've never had a single day since the release of the 6T where I've been concerned that I might run out of battery. Almost aways get around 5-6 hours.

It will not open still, my games seem to be affected as well, they will not open either. If a game does open I cannot interact with it.

That should never happen, sounds like a major glitch.

    Do a Full Factory Reset

This will restore you to a fresh installation of Android. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

    Go to Settings,
    System,
    Reset Options,
    Enable Erase Internal Storage.

Then click on the Delete All Data button.

Once done, use the phone for a couple of days without adding apps to check for issues with just the raw fresh OOS only.

Only introduce previous 3rd party apps gradually over 2 weeks to see if any particular app or apps drain the battery

Not gonna happen on a 2 year old design. However, if you give feedback and ideas slim possibility.

Submit your suggestion to the Ideas platform or to the Feedback section. This will go direct to OnePlus developers.

Either try the second part first, or try all the steps.

Try to Optimize the phone, clear your recent apps, also set 3rd party apps to Optimize in Settings Battery, only leave the ones you need run in the background or to notify you such as messages, email, Google Services, oneplus etc on Intelligent control.

Android may take a few days to optimize those apps after setting them to Optimize depending on your usage of those apps. A10 has its own learning curve.

Go through 2 to 3 charge cycles, leave on charge beyond full capacity for a couple of hours. Preferably overnight.

After a few days, Check App battery stats at about 50% and see if there are particular apps using more resources than necessary.

Just change options from Intelligent control to Optimise for less using apps. And for regular using apps you can have system default option Intelligent control. It helped me a lot. SOT of 10+ hour's and charging my device once in a day.Mostly I changed all apps to optimise except apps like YouTube, WhatsApp , Gmail as these are used daily they're under intelligent control option. I hope my suggestion will help you.

If that doesn't fix it, then. I would suggest, backup your phone and then do a complete Erase All Data factory reset. Had the issue myself quite a while back, issue of my own making, I might add. But the reset ended up being the only way to rectify it. See above on how to do that.

Just to be aware, the current version posted there is 10.3.3, people will then have to OTA or use files posted in this thread to update to 10.3.5.

So if they are on anything from 10.3.3 or above, it's pointless going to the website.

And they need to be on a certain version of 9 before upgrading to 10.

But if on a Beta10 version, they should be fine.

Just to be aware is all.
