    Try this,
    Goto settings > system > Reset option > Reset wifi mobile network Bluetooth.

    When you did factory reset. Were the photos and music also removed or were intact ? And only apps were removed?

    bro i had decided to Factory reset after android 11 receive, But I was Facing Issues in last build. so I Factory reset my device nd Updated to latest, i had backup my photo to google drive nd Videos/files to my p.c.
    if you dont want to Lose your Internal memory data,than There will be an Option of Erase Internal Memory in Reset section,Just Turn it off nd Go ahead
    so simple Bro🙂

    I chose oneplus for three reasons rapid updates by comparison to others, cheaper, cleaner os.
    Now given that;
    the security patches are late coming and then old
    The phones are rising in price
    The os is getting heavier and even force installs apps said:

    Why am I here again?
    "All is not well in the state of Denmark".
    There is too much upheaval, loss of staff, key personnel, and worst of all, values that we buy into. It makes you too nervous to trust them with not only an expensive purchase but a hugely important piece of tech in our lives.
