You can download and manually install 10.3.5 as you are on the last Beta. And then update to OTA to 10.3.6

Make sure you download the file for your model, follow the instructions on the download page to install.

Am just stating it as they tell it on the XDA website. And their thread is closed. Seems it didn't work. Its just reporting the refresh rate, not actually changing anything. It's what they stated not me.

No, it should update without Data loss, but it's always good practice to backup the phone first anyway.

Thank you, indeed it was without data loss. Seems the translation for the warning message was not very good!

Enable or disable DC Dimming, see if that can help.

I have been an Android user since 2012 and a OnePlus user since 2016. So I think my basics are at place. Although thanks for your efforts. I have turned off adaptive battery and set all app (except mails and text apps) on optimization. Now I'll be testing it for a week and see what happens.

Guys the screen calibration in 10.3.6 is really messed up the display p3 and vivid are looking more greenish now than before. the amoled wide gamut really makes reds look more orange bulbs. sRgb is so dull. i dont know which is accurate, the slider adjustment also doesn't have good accuracy.
Guys pls help if anyone has very good settings which is accurate enough
Pls share ur screen calibration settings screen shots🙏🙏

I use AMOLED Wide Gamut with the cool warm slider at about halfway.

You could try Enable/Disable DC Dimming as well to see if it makes a difference.

And if it happens in Chrome. Check the post 3 posts up about how to alter Chrome settings to adjust the colour calibration within Chrome

With Android 10 no matter what option you choose you get either a too vivid or too pale screen. Android 9 was perfect. I can't really get it how OP developer can't see the difference between the two versions unless either they don't care or they think A10 screen calibration is better 😜
