Go to Apps & Notifications and from there , go to OnePlus Membership. Click on app installed from play store. It'll redirect you to play store. From there uninstall the Red Cable Club app. It'll solve the issue.

First you'll need to update it to version 9.0.9 if you have a OP6 or 9.0.17 if you have a OP6T (this is required for preparation for Android 10). You can download it from here

After downloading the file, you'll need to move it to root directory. To do this, open file manager and click on downloads. Long press on the downloaded file and then press the 3 dot menu in the top right corner. Select "copy"and then click on "internal storage", followed by "paste"

After moving the file to your root directory, go to settings>system>system updates>hit the cog in the top right corner>local upgrade and select the file

After 9.0.9/9.0.17 has been installed, go to the Oneplus support page http://www.oneplus.com/support and download the latest available android 10 build for the 6t. Install this in the same way as before.

You should then be in a position to receive 10.3.7 via an OTA update.

I have posted one of the many pre prepared responses that I have saved. I realise that he would indeed receive 10.3.6 via OTA, but I simply do not have the time to edit every single response I make.

The content of my post is still factually correct, regardless of he updates to 10.3.6 via OTA or if he does it manually 🤷‍♂️

If you are OnePlus 6T you need to download and install OOS 9.0.17 as this contains files to allow you to update to Android 10.

Download 9.0.17 for OnePlus 6T from link below.

After the .zip file is downloaded to your phone, move the file from the folder you downloaded to, to your Main Storage.

Then go to 'Settings' - 'system update', click the 'settings' icon on the top right corner, choose 'Local upgrade', find the .zip file and click on 'Install' to confirm. The update takes about a minute (depending upon the file size), once done reboot your device to boot into the latest Oxygen OS.

⚠️Make sure you download the correct file for the model of phone you have. ⚠️

Then choose your model of phone in the list in the link below and download and install the Android 10.3.5 file, follow the instructions given on the OnePlus Software Support page, link below.

Quick review. Started the day with 100% after overnight charge. Just for reference had 69% Battery when downloading and installing 10.3.7 earlier today.

After installation reboot, had 67%, from there to now still have 33% left. And this is my SOT for today, after running the phone before and after installation. So far it's going excellent on my 6GB 6T

And my current battery health is 81%
