Just out of interest, how can you call it a buggy update when you haven't even tried it yourself? Not a single issue on my 6t, and the only 2 common issues I'm seeing is with red cable club and chrome. Both of which have been solved and can be fixed in a matter of seconds 🤷‍♂️

If you haven't already, try resetting your network adaptor and see if that helps:
System > Settings > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile and Bluetooth

Try cleansing, use any of the PlayStore apps. CCleaner, Avast, Cleanmaster, preferably. Reboot and check, if not, reset your phone.
P.S. Haven't reset my phone even once, but do these clean ups every 3 months to get to rid of the sticky cache. Phone is buttery, silky smooth, whatever you may call. Lag, hang, stutter? My 6T doesn't know these terms.

хотите постоянных обновлений берите айфоны. oneplus уже не тот.
и как же вы достали со свои redcable и постоянным мониторингом батареи , как будто вам просто больше нечем заняться.

Have you checked to see if your network is having issues at the moment? Definitely sounds like an issue with your network provider since you say YouTube works fine on WiFi.
    Perhaps this might help https://www.androidauthority.com/youtube-not-working-811174/amp/
If as you say you have tried "all basic troubleshooting", and you're still experiencing the issues then realistically that only leaves the option of trying a factory reset (after backing up your data).

Settings > search > OnePlus > scroll down you will find OnePlus Membership and OnePlus Account Apps.
    For both apps
Click it you find three dots on top right corner uninstall the update and clear the cache and storage.
    Reboot the device.
    You are good to go.

A factory reset should definitely sort it. No problem 👍

I notice that you have now made 5 posts related to this. Have you actually read any of this thread? The simple and quick (around 45 seconds of your time) solution has been posted on virtually every page of this thread, by numerous community members!
I understand that reading through a thread might well seem like a bit of work for some people (when instead they could just wait to be spoon fed the answer), but really, it is a lot quicker than posting about the problem 🙄

Well the solution (when followed correctly) has been working for others 🤷‍♂️
Here is the solution (taken from @ItsRavi25 's post)
Goto to settings > search > OnePlus > scroll down you will find 2 apps
    1) OnePlus Membership ( uninstall the update)
    2) OnePlus Account.
Clear the cache and storage of both app and reboot your device.
