Let's not forget that apart from the stable OxygenOS updates, there have been Open Beta and Developers Previews for the OnePlus 6T, as follows...

    Stable OxygenOS updates = 24

    Open Beta updates = 23

    Developer Previews = 3

Total firmware releases = 50 in 875 days, (over 2 years 5 months)

1 update on average, every 18 days since release.

    Greatly pointed out
I feel now that the more and more update this device gets, it affects the battery life because the system gets effected with each system updates, this also happens to IOS devices too.
Even if this device gets the Android 11 update (whenever it will get)
The battery life would go below average, it would be nearly be like an IOS device.
But no regrets that i got this device in first place. This device has juiced out at max and i guess after Android 11 it would be the final place this device will rest.
    Thanks. Peace.

I am not getting into argument, but I disagree with 18days one update. As a stable user I don't know hell about beta and developer previews. They are not for stable users. Those things are for developers and testing the builds

Yes, you'll need a blade, the Oneplus 6T, the 7 pro's battery. Carefully carve the Oneplus 6T's back to ensure there's a enough space to pack a 4000+ mAh battery.

This is also correct. What we do if we are only on stable then beta and all are nothing for us.

My previous post was just a bit of humour.

In all seriousness, I don't know if it would physically fit inside the 6t, but it definitely would not be a wise thing to do. The battery of the 6t is the size it is for good reason (space), do trying to fit a larger battery would be asking for trouble. 🙂

Did that post confirm any hidden bias of yours? Because that post can only be taken as an anecdote not proof.
