I don't know why it takes so long to get OOS11 but changelog as nearly nothing. I think that they just push security update to keep us safe while we are waiting OOS11.

If there is nothing else in changelog it looks like OnePlus is still focusing on preparing the next upgrade. I agree that it's a very long wait, but still better than an unfinished android 11 release.
