You won't be notified of stable updates in beta, but you can still download and update manually.

You shouldn't lose any data moving to open beta 1, but it's always good practice to back everything up just in case.

With my OP 6T, I could switch between stable and beta without losing data so long as the version I was installing had a newer build date than the current version.

10.5.12.IN21BA came as a 128 mb incremental file (as I had 10.5.11 also from Oxygen Updater) and the change log is the same as .10 with the addition of "Improved performance with European operators" as was the same with .11.

Nothing's good with this phone, I woke up the screen and the fingerprint scanner was missing from the screen though after locking and unlocking again it came back.
I am facing soo many issues with this device ,the touch wake option doesn't work sometimes.
I don't know whether it's a hardware or software issue
Even the touch response is not crisp.

Android has since a long time demanded pin after a certain amount of time of only using fingerprint. I'm not sure of the exact time frame of this though (3 days for example - meaning no reboots, and only using fingerprint since first unlock).
The same after a reboot (but then it says that is has rebooted and therefor needs pin/password).
When you have reached that full time when pin is automatically asked for it says something like "for added security" for the reason of why it asks for pin/password.

6/6t are the ones that gets 11 the last. When 10 came 5/5t was the last devices that got it.
Not even 8 series got a stable release yet. And no beta for 7/7t yet... The time comes to your device too in the correct normal order as new versions usually get rolled out on Oneplus.
