    Well, I'm in the EU and do have the update. But then again, I have no screen issues or do not have a reference for battery drain. I'm just waiting for ARcore to be usable on the phone.

    If you update locally from any trusted source (either XDA or Oxygen updater) you'll receive all the other OTA updates as usual.

    I am also facing Network (Jio), (the same sim have no issue on my OnePlus 6) issue in 10.5.5, it's peak. I thought it's sim card problem, so two days back I replaced with a new duplicate sim. But the network drop problem is still there (my phone is switched off or out of coverage area).

    If you report them via the feedback tool and send in logs and how to replicate with as much details as possible. Without that less issues will be fixed.

    In some cases simply doing a full reset and start from scratch can solve some issues. Both Google backup (the import from previous device during setup) and Oneplus Switch backups can sometimes cause issues. Even if a clean slate takes time you save time on issues in the long run.

    Some issues and battery drain is simply due to the apps you have installed.
