    Do a Full Factory Reset

This will restore you to a fresh installation of Android. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

    Go to Settings,
    System,
    Reset Options,
    [e]26a0[/e]️Enable Erase Internal Storage[e]26a0[/e]️

Then click on the Delete All Data button.

For more info on how to backup your phone, check the solutions here.

Try to Optimize the phone, clear your recent apps, also set 3rd party apps to Optimize in Settings Battery, only leave the ones you need run in the background or to notify you such as messages, email, Google Services, oneplus etc on Intelligent control.

Android may take a few days to optimize those apps after setting them to Optimize depending on your usage of those apps. A10 has its own learning curve.

Go through 2 to 3 charge cycles, leave on charge beyond full capacity for a couple of hours. Preferably overnight.

After a few days, Check App battery stats at about 50% and see if there are particular apps using more resources than necessary.

So I had doubts, but it's confirmed that Oneplus is biasing its Indian users. EU update was of 86 MB while they released late update for India of 54 MB. Why are they limiting stuff for us? The question is not regarding the update size. Sure, small and compact update is preferred, but why are you treating the two communities differently?
Out of all the devices complaints are coming from India, not from EU. Why OP? We paid you more amount because of recent increased GST.

It maybe that the EU version has a different bootloader in which case the update size will vary as the coding for the Bootloader and any related software within Android would have to be specific between versions. Hence you will get a size difference.

Why the two regions have different bootloaders? Makes zero sense.

You will notice they have slightly different builds. So it's possible slightly different bootloaders, I say possible, it's not definitive.

It may also be that there maybe other subtle differences in the coding of EU, Indian and International versions. Am sure OnePlus won't be revealing what they are.
