    Just bought the OnePlus Nord 12GB 256GB yesterday from the OnePlus Store and I have had to reboot it more than 10 times in the last 24 hours.

    It just freezes.

    I have set the refresh rate to 60 hz. Hoping to solve the problem.

    Hope for the best.

    Faulty phone though.

    MI A3 was much better. No issues at all.

    But there is nothing wrong with the Google dialer and messenger. Why is this such a big deal?

    Like everytime I am waiting for this update too 🤣🤣.
    I thought I could finally play pubg at 60 fps but now pubg is banned in india.
    I think pubg getting banned is good . Many children/teen did something that they shouldn't have ( suicide , killing etc.) And now the main reason for that is banned .
    I know it's not regarding the topic but still I just wanted to share my thoughts here.

    Greets,

    Look at your apps, look at what's crashing, update your device.

    Still need help;
    1. Goto settings, tap on search
    2. Type OnePlus Launcher, tap on storage clear cache.
    3. Search OnePlus System tap on storage clear cache
    4. Search OnePlus System Service tap on storage clear cache.

    Still need help ;
    Backup your device and shut down the device and press power and volume down, get into recovery mode, wipe cache and wipe data. THIS WILL ERASE EVERYTHING LIKE NEW.

    Setup your device again and see if that helps.

    Hope I helped

    Would just like to add one thing. Before you do anything mentioned below Reboot to safe mode (long press on Power off). It will disable all your apps except factory ones.
    See if the issue still persists.
    If it doesn't: It means the problem is some app and not the phone. Follow the steps in the Quoted post below.
    If it does: It means you gotta try resetting your phone directly (make sure you back up).
    (If you didn't know, rebooting again normally will automatically exit Safe mode.)

    Google dialer and messaging is actually better than Oneplus' own.
